Judge Margaret Mullen is a former Judge from the 19th Judicial Circuit Court of Lake County, where she sat for 25 years.  Over half of her time was spent in in the Law Division, where she presided over civil litigation including personal injury, commercial and insurance coverage matters, as well as administrative review. Additionally, Judge Mullen sat in the family and commercial divisions of the court, resolving family matters disputes, such as divorce matters, as well as commercial litigation while in the Chancery Division.  Judge Mullen served as Chief Judge of the 19th Judicial Circuit for two years.

She brings her judicial experience and keen negotiation skills to her private mediation practice.  Judge Mullen enjoyed a reputation for resolving cases in the pre-trial mediation process. She is focusing her mediation practice on the resolution of personal injury, professional malpractice, divorce, commercial and insurance coverage matters.
